For a long time, the industry has categorised companies like ours as "standard" eCommerce agencies. You hire an agency to build a site, fix a bug, or run an update. But over the last 12 months, looking at the work we are actually doing, that label no longer fits.

We moved from fixing websites to fixing businesses.

I want to take a moment to publicly congratulate and thank the entire 247 Commerce team—from our PMs and Sales in the UK to our developers and QA teams in Romania and India.

This transition didn’t happen overnight. It represents over a year of intense, behind-the-scenes work. It required you to step up, tackle "fire-fighting" scenarios with composure, and deliver solutions that went far beyond a standard scope of work. You have embraced the chaos of transformation and turned it into order for our clients.

This new website is a testament to your hard work, your technical agility, and your refusal to settle for "good enough."

This move to an Agentic Consultancy model is about leveraging intelligent automation to do more.
