Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager at 247 Commerce, you will be the heartbeat of our delivery team. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex eCommerce projects for some of the UK's most exciting brands. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring clear communication, meticulous planning, and successful execution. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about eCommerce, and has a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce) from discovery to launch.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage client expectations and communications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers across multiple time zones (UK, Romania, India).
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and within scope.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management within a digital agency or eCommerce environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex web development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or BigCommerce is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• Technical background or understanding of web technologies.
